Rish's technicians are factory trained to assure that our technicians are experts in performing each of the services we offer. We are proud of the responsive service we give to our customers and realize that the quality of our service depends on the capabilities of our technicians. Our reputation among technicians is excellent, because we understand the importance of their role as a member of the Rish team.
Our state-of-the-art equipment is carefully selected to provide the best possible service for our customers. Electronic test equipment and hydraulic test equipment, laptop computers, and other diagnostic tooling are upgraded routinely to assure that we are offering our customers the best service available. With the proper tools, our technicians can perform diagnostics quickly and complete repairs properly.
Rish offers diagnostic and troubleshooting service, detailed inspections, PM tune-ups and PM Clinics for your machines' hydraulic systems. PM Clinics determine if your machine is operating at full potential and a PM tune-up includes special hydraulic testing and adjustments.
Our complete air conditioning and cooling system inspection program assures that your engine cooling and air conditioning systems are operating properly. This thorough inspection intends to identify problems before they require costly solutions. Suspension cylinders and Hydraulic cylinders are rebuilt at our Rebuild Center and can be offered on an exchange basis.
Each of our twelve branch locations stocks new hydraulic hoses and can also make up hydraulic hoses on-site for all your equipment needs. Rish stocks our original manufacturers' OEM filters, plus other filter brands for all your equipment needs. We can customize a filter program specific to your equipment fleet.

The Komatsu Oil & Wear Analysis (KOWA) program uses independent laboratories across the United States to determine how your machine is performing, based on a small sample of oil or other fluids. Much like a blood test tells your doctor how your body is functioning, KOWA tells you how your equipment is performing from the inside. Used with PM Pro, PM Clinic and PM Tune Up, KOWA is your best defense for proactively maintaining all of your equipment.
KOWA detects fuel dilution and coolant leaks, identifies contaminants, and measures wear-metals. Rish technicians will help interpret this information. Regular sampling provides indications of increasing contaminants, so you can schedule repairs at the optimum time.
For replacement components that deliver exceptional value, Rish provides components from our manufacturers' a state-of-the-art remanufacturing and rebuild facilities. These facilities are staffed with highly skilled, experienced craftsmen and knowledgeable customer representatives.
All Komatsu Reman components are remanufactured to original OEM specifications. When a component is remanufactured, key parts are either remanufactured to original specifications or replaced with new Komatsu OEM parts. Then, every component is tested to verify that it meets all OEM specifications.
Rish is equipped to inspect, test, and certify, on-site, these required components. We can supply a wide range of equipment parts: complete engines, long blocks, short blocks, cylinder heads, connecting rods, transmissions, power modules, torque converters, final drives, differentials, steering clutches, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinder assemblies, hydraulic cylinder rods, suspension cylinders, brake band-caliper-shoes, fuel injection pumps, fuel injection nozzles, monitor panels, oil coolers, oil pumps, PTO assemblies, starters alternators, turbochargers, vibration dampers, water pumps and others.
Rish knows that turnaround time is critical, and we offer many exchange components from our parts stock.
Undercarriage costs consume a significant portion of the average operating cost-per-hour for your track-type equipment; properly maintaining your undercarriage systems is essential. Rish offers a comprehensive undercarriage management program for all manufacturers. Our factory trained Product Support Representatives have the knowledge, experience and tools to help you manage your undercarriage maintenance costs.
Rish provides a computer assisted "Track Management System" or "TMS". By taking advantage of this free service you can reduce unscheduled downtime and operating expense. Our OEM Komatsu undercarriage replacement components and parts are competitively priced, built to Komatsu engineering standards and backed by Komatsu's Undercarriage Replacement Warranty. Rish provides this same undercarriage management program for your non-Komatsu machines with our highly competitive all makes undercarriage program.
Whether you have one machine or fifty, your equipment deserves the same care that Rish gives its own rental fleet. That's why we offer a PM Pro Planned Maintenance Program to help you maintain your equipment. Just tell us which machines you'd like us to cover under PM Pro, and we'll make sure they're properly serviced on time by a qualified technician.
Automatic scheduling
With our GPS device, we can schedule your equipment for maintenance at each service interval. We can track the hours for each machine individually through our Komtrax Device, which monitors locations, machine conditions and provides actual service meter readings.
Second shift service
We can perform maintenance services after working hours, once your equipment and operator have finished the day's work, so there's no downtime or overtime.
Warranty assurance
With documented oil analyses for your equipment, you'll never risk losing your warranty coverage because of the lack of oil samples.
Environmental compliance
Oil and antifreeze can be considered environmental waste. Rish is careful to avoid liability for improperly disposing of these wastes by assuring disposal only through licensed, authorized environmental waste service providers.
Payment options
Flexible payment options are available, including flat rate pricing that can be adjusted to the annual Consumer Price Index. You can even add the first year's contract fees into the financing for a new machine.
